Returns & Exchange Policy

At Libasehaya.pk, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service.

Important:

❌ Sale items are NOT eligible for exchange or refund.

1. Exchange Eligibility

An item is eligible for exchange only if:

  • It is damaged, OR
  • Wrong item is delivered, OR
  • Incorrect size is delivered

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All tags must be intact
  • Exchange will be made for the same article only (subject to availability)

2. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Slight color differences due to lighting/screens
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect expectations about design details

3. Time to Report Issue

  • You must report within 3 days of receiving the parcel
  • Late claims will not be accepted

4. Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact us within 3 days
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Issue details
    • Product images
  3. Wait for confirmation from our team
  4. Send item via courier

⚠️ Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • Order is prepaid AND canceled before dispatch

Refund Method:

  • Bank transfer or original payment method

Processing Time:

  • 5–7 working days
